Just when you thought Shadow Warrior couldn’t get any cooler, the teams at Flying Hog, Devolver Digital and Laced Records have announced a collaboration with rock legend Stan Bush for the Warrior EP.
Warrior EP is a limited edition four-track vinyl record with music from and inspired by Shadow Warrior 2.
The EP contains Warrior, an original track for Shadow Warrior 2 by Stan Bush, alongside classic rock anthems The Touch, Never Surrender, and The Touch (Lo Wang Hijack), a remastered duet between Stan Bush and Shadow Warrior protagonist Lo Wang.
The Warrior EP is printed on luscious 180-gram vinyl with a special screen-printed reverse and presented inside a premium card sleeve designed by noted Polish comic artist Michal Sledzinski.
The limited edition set comes with a Steam code to download Shadow Warrior 2 Deluxe. The code will be sent out for the game’s October 13 launch, with the EP shipping in November.
Gold and standard editions are each priced £46 and available to pre-order now from Laced Records.
Stan Bush is most famous for The Touch as featured in Transformers: The Movie, with the song also used in the opening cinematic of the 2013 Shadow Warrior reboot.
