Today Compile Heart released a new trailer of the upcoming JRPG Hyperdimension Neptunia: Sisters vs Sisters.
This time around, the trailer is all about combat, showcasing the mechanics that you can expect to encounter in the game from the menus to the battles themselves.
Incidentally, today the developer also announced via press release that a demo event for the public will be hosted in Akihabara, Tokyo, at the Sofmap AKIBA Amusement Hall (8th floor) on February 19 between 11:00 am and 6:00 pm.
The process to apply for a demo slot includes contacting the Compile Heart via email with your choice of timing among the following. You should include three preferences in order.
If the maximum number of participants is exceeded, the slots will be distributed via lottery.
You can check the trailer out below.
The game is a spin-off of the Hyperdimension Neptunia series coming to PS5 and PS4 in Japan on April 21, 2022.
It’ll focus on Nepgear, Uni, Ram, and Rom, younger sisters of Neptune, Noire, and Blanc and it’ll be an action JRPG.
They will have to fight their way through a world infested by smartphones, which is certainly a rather appropriate backstory, given the current situation of the Japanese gaming industry. You can find all the relevant details in our original article and watch another trailer, one more, and the latest released a few days ago.
Of course, it’s way too early to expect news about a western release of Hyperdimension Neptunia: Sisters vs Sisters for now. The game has been announced for Japan just recently.
We’ll likely hear more from Idea Factory International down the line, so stay tuned on Twinfinite for updates. We’ll publish them as soon as they come.
