Multiplayer bounty hunting adventure Hunt: Showdown is to exit early access and get a full release this August, publisher Crytek has announced.

The game, which has been in early access in Steam since Feburary 2018 and on Xbox One since May this year, will be released on Xbox One and PC first on August 27, followed by a full release on PlayStation 4 later ‘this fall’ as per the announcement on the game’s blog.

In case you’re not aware, Hunt: Showdown sees you teaming up with other players to take down fearsome monsters, but your quarry is taken care of the game switches up so that it’s every man for themselves as they try and escape with the bounty for the kill.

Anyone who bought the game in Early Access will recieve an exclusive Legendary Weapon skin to say thanks. The announcement also mentions that Crytek will be partnering with Koch Media to see a physical release of the game on all formats, though no date for that has been given.

 

It is confirmed! Hunt will be coming to three major platforms in 2019!

PC and @Xbox will launch on August 27th and @PlayStation players will be seeing their own full release of the online game this Fall.
