It’s likely been swayed by the fact that Activision announced that anyone who has the Vault Edition will get 10 hours worth of Double XP and 10 hours of double weapon XP tokens after admitting the Vault Edition launch was less than smooth.

How to upgrade to Vault Edition MW2

The good news is that you can upgrade to the Vault Edition at any time on PC (Steam and Battle.net) and PlayStation, should you change your mind.

Unfortunately, this option does not look available yet on Xbox, to upgrade, you’ll need to buy the Vault Edition from the store. Prior to that, as per the Call of Duty website, you would have had to cancel your existing pre-order and then pre-order the Vault Edition.
