In Immortals Fenyx Rising, Phosphor is your faithful battle companion that helps you defeat enemies, as well as unlocking skills that can help you in puzzles too. To obtain Phosphor, you first need to complete the side quest Bolt from the Blue.
After that, you can collect different phoenix skins for Phosphor, each of which has its own perks. Collecting all 17 will reward you with the ‘Ornithology’ achievement/trophy. Some of the skins are easier to obtain than others, but luckily for you, we’ve made a handy list just below.

How To Unlock
Completing the ‘Bolt from the Blue’ quest in the Valley of Eternal Spring unlocks Phosphor, and as a result, you automatically get the Phosphor the Phoenix skin. This quest will unlock automatically after a cutscene where you see a bird getting hit by a lightning bolt.
Phosphor of Lit Cinders
Phosphor’s questline will continue and will be marked on your map, so is easily tracked. Completing the quest ‘A Debt Repaid’ in the Grove of Kleos rewards you with the Phosphor of Lit Cinders skin.
Tarnished Phosphor
The Tarnished Phosphor skin is the reward for defeating the Hound of Hades, Legendary Cerberos inside the vault of the same name. This vault is part of Athena’s side quest storyline.
Phosphor of Love Ablaze
Once you have completed Ares’s main quest, he will offer up a sidequest called ‘Pay-Bagock’ and ask you to defeat the Spartoi soldiers who ridiculed him when he was a chicken. Defeating the Legendary Brute of Tartaros will get you the Phosphor of Love Ablaze skin.
Molten Phosphor
Molten Phosphor is the reward for completing the Myth Challenge section of Hermes’s Heroic Task Board, which is the last section on the left-hand side. These challenges vary from completing a set number of different Myth Challenges, but the most daunting task on the list is being asked to complete all Myth Challenges (there are 80 in total).
Phosphor of Zeus’s Lightning
The next Phosphor skin is the first of many that are obtained by defeating one of the legendary monsters. Phosphor of Zeus’s Lightning is the reward for defeating the Nemean Lion, which can be found on a cliff edge in the Valley of Eternal Spring, overlooking the Clashing Rocks area.
Phosphor the Lovebird
Phosphor the Lovebird is another skin gained by killing a legendary monster, this time you need to defeat Slayer Of Adonis, The Legendary Boar, which can be found in the Valley of Eternal Spring right next to the Myth Fresco Challenge.
Phosphor of Companionship
The next legendary monster to give you a Phosphor skin is Kallisto, the Legendary Bear. She can be found in the Valley of Eternal Spring, not far from the Gates of Tartaros. Defeating Kallisto will grant you the Phosphor of Companionship skin.
Phosphor the Stonegazer
This Phosphor skin can be gained by defeating Alektryon, The Legendary Rooster, which is one of the four monsters that Aphrodite asks you to slay as part of her optional Saving Our Hides sidequest. This monster can be found in Aphrodite’s Palace in the Valley of Eternal Spring area, close to some normal chicken monsters.
Phosphor of Passion
Defeating the Nightmare Of Daidalos, The Legendary Minotaur will reward you with the Phosphor of Passion skin. This monster can be found close to Eros’s Haven, on a little island that has a lot of columns.

The Phosphor the Patriarch skin can be obtained by defeating Kelaino, The Legendary Dark Vulture, which can be found in the Grove of Kleos area.
Phosphor the Evilglare
Defeating the Legendary Gorgon Of Dread will reward you with the Phosphor the Evilglare skin. The Gorgon can be found on the western side of the Grove of Kleos, close to the Archives. On a small island with pillars, you’ll find the monster you’re hunting.
Phosphor of Heat’s Core
The next legendary monster to give you a Phosphor skin as a reward is Pyrakmon, The Legendary Cyclops, who can be found in The Forgelands, just southwest of the Atmos Mechanikos.
Carnivorous Phosphor
Defeating Ophinikos Of Legend in The Forgelands will reward you with the Carnivorous Phosphor skin. Ophinikos can be found close to Hera’s throne on the eastern side of The Forgelands.
Burnished Phosphor
On the southern border of The Forgelands, close to War’s Den, you will find Talos The Rebuilt, Legendary Automaton. Defeating him will reward you with the Burnished Phosphor skin.
Phosphor of Zeus’s Skies
In War’s Den, close to Herakles Wraith Vault, you will find the Perversion Of Echidna, The Legendary Chimera, in a ruined building. Defeating this monster will reward you with the Phosphor of Zeus’s Skies skin.
Phosphor Automated
Arguably one of the best Phosphor skins is Phosphor Automated as it makes solving puzzles so much easier. It can be obtained by defeating The Many-Handed, The Legendary Hekatonchires, which is found in King’s Peak. It’s found on the eastern side of King’s Peak in one of the lower areas that are in line with the height of the mainland of the Golden Isle.
