You can get the Tangled Dreamweaver Mount in WoW by purchasing the Heroic or Epic Dragonflight editions. Then, you can access it on your Mount Journal by clicking on the Mounts Icon or using the Shift + P keybind. There, you will see a present box and once you click on it, you will get this mount.
