The new brawler, MultiVersus, is currently in a closed beta that will be going public for everyone on July 26. The good news though, it’s going to be free to play. However, this does mean that there will be plenty of currencies for players to navigate. The following guide goes into detail about how to get Gleamium in MultiVersus and what it can be spent on.
Getting Gleamium in MultiVersus
Currently for the beta, there is one primary way for players to get their hands on Gleamium, which is to spend real-world money to get more of the currency. As pictured above, there are four packs for players to purchase, ranging from 450 to 6000 Gleamium. These can get to be quite pricey as many of the in-game items purchased with Gleamium are expensive.
Here are all bundles of this premium currency and their prices in USD:
- 450 Gleamium – $4.991,000 Gleamium – $9.992,200 Gleamium – $19.996,000 Gleamium – $49.99
The only other way to get gleamium at the moment is by purchasing one of the three available founder’s packs, including some gleamium granted to the player upon purchase.
What Do You Use Gleamium On
There are quite a number of things that you can spend Gleamium on. As stated on the purchase page, the primary things that this currency can be used to purchase are characters, variants, emotes, and ringouts.
Below is the exact list of things that Gleamium can be used to purchase, along with the price range:
- Characters – 700Variants – 500 to 2000Ringouts – 800 to 1200Announcers – 100Taunts – 200 to 500Stickers – 150
As you can see, some of these purchases require a lot of Gleamium. There will even likely be a larger amount required when the game starts its official launch. It’s worth noting that the one thing listed that can be bought through other means are characters, which can instead be purchased by grinding for gold within the game, so Gleamium is worth saving for other purchases.
That is everything you need to know about how to get gleamium and what it can be spent on in MultiVersus. If you’re looking for more information on the game, Twinfinite is the home to more guides and coverage on MultiVersus, some of which can be found below.
