In the Destiny 2 Dawning event, Guardians must farm the ingredient Bullet Spray to bake delicious cookies like Telemetry Tapioca or Blueberry Crumblers. It’s easier said than done, since Bullet Spray seems to fall into the rare category of ingredients within Eva Levante’s oven. Fear not, Guardian, because here is how to get Bullet Spray in Destiny 2 Dawning 2022.
Bungie is capping off 2022 with its annual Dawning event in Destiny 2. The Dawning should feel familiar if you have experienced Destiny 2 during the winter season before. Every year, Eva Levante hosts the event in the tower giving Guardians an oven and plenty of quest to farm for ingredients with which you can bake cookies. The cookies are then gifted to fellow NPCs in exchange for gifts of your very own. However, farming some ingredients has proved challenging, since some in the rare category have very niche tasks.
How to get and farm Bullet Spray in Destiny 2 – The Dawning 2022
Bullet Spray is no exception, since it also falls into the rare category. The in-game description reads: “Gained by defeating opponents with Auto Rifles, Submachine Guns, and Heavy Machine Guns.” It seems simple enough, but using these weapons does not guarantee a drop of Bullet Spray. A Guardian’s best bet is to grab their favorite auto rifle or SMG and play the game. Strikes, Dungeons, or even just exploring planets defeating enemy after enemy will cause Bullet Spray to drop naturally.
A weapon that can help with the process would be the exotic heavy machine gun Thunderlord, where kills generate lighting bolts to fall from the sky. This is good when dealing with crowds of enemies and gives players more chances for Bullet Spray to drop. There are few exotics for auto rifles and SMGs that can help but look for legendary ones with the Dragonfly perk. Precision shots create elemental explosions. They’re good for hordes of enemies, and that can increase your chances for Bullet Spray — and maybe Perfect Taste while Guardians are at it.
