One of the most frustrating things to see when you’re ready to play a game is to see that you are being logged out. If that’s happening on Roblox, there are a few different login errors that could be occurring. Here’s how to fix such errors and issues.

Why Does Roblox keep Logging Me Out?

Wondering why Roblox keeps logging/kicking you out and doesn’t let you log in? It could be related to server issues or it could be something from your end. In case Roblox servers are down at the moment, due to maintenance or an unexpected outage, all you can do is wait until it’s resolved from the developers’ end. Until then, you will keep getting logged out and encounter instability in games where you keep getting kicked from servers.

How to Fix Roblox Login Errors

There are multiple ways to fix login errors on Roblox if it’s not related to server downtime.

Clear your Temp internet files/cache and cookies

If you launch Roblox from your browser, clear your cache and cookies and check if you are able to log into your account.

  • On your PC, open up Chrome and click on More indicated by the 3 vertical dots at the top right corner of the screen.
  • Then click on More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
  • Then choose a time range and check off “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” and click on Clear Data.

Disable Extensions and Add-ons

In some cases, the extensions or add-ons you have on your browser can interrupt your login process on Roblox. Disable them and try logging in again.

Check your Internet Connection

Another reason why you may have trouble logging in is your internet connection. Reset your router and try again. Use a wired connection in case you are unable to log in via Wifi.

Check your Computer’s Date and Time

If by chance, your PC’s date and time are wrong (and outdated) then you won’t be able to log in. Ensure that they are up-to-date and attempt again.

Reinstall Roblox

If you use the Roblox app, uninstall it and reinstall it after which you can try logging in again. If that works, there was probably something wrong with the files (they might have gotten corrupted). A fresh install may work.

And if none of the above steps worked, and the servers are up and running, contact Roblox support for assistance.

There’s no need to delete your Roblox account unless official Support tells you to do so.
