So, if you are looking to make the switch from Crunchyroll to another service or ending your premium subscription. Our simple 7-step guide shows you how to cancel Crunchyroll membership.

1. Navigate to Crunchyroll.com

2. Click on Profile

In the top right corner of the website, you will see your profile icon in a circle. Click on this, and a drop-down menu will appear. From this drop-down menu, select My Account.

3. Membership Plan

After selecting My Account, a new page will open up by default; the page that will come up is Preferences.

4. Cancel Subscription

This will take you to a page where you can view your membership status and other details. Toward the bottom of that page, you will see Current and Future Memberships. Here you will see an option to Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial.

5. Confirm your Selection

After canceling, a small window will appear asking you to confirm you want to cancel your subscription. Click on OK.

6. Confirm Canceling Again

Now that you have confirmed you want to cancel your subscription the first time, another page will come up asking you to confirm it one more time.

7. Fill Out Survey

You can fill this out, but if you would rather not, just select No Thanks at the bottom of the page.

Congratulations, you have canceled your Crunchyroll account. To make sure that it worked properly, it will take you back to the page in step 4. In the Status box, it will now say Canceled.

Note: If you are paying for a premium account, canceling your subscription with them will not delete your account. It will just revert it to a free one.
